Call for Posters
We are pleased to invite researchers, professionals, and students to submit proposals for poster presentation at the upcoming IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) International Leadership Summit (ILS) 2025 .
We welcome poster submissions on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

- Networked sensors and distributed robotic systems
- Communications for remote and assistive robotics
- Cybersecurity in connected robotic systems
- Human-robot communication and interaction
- Industrial IoT and smart manufacturing
- Collaborative robots (cobots) and human-robot teaming
- Robotics in healthcare, agriculture, and logistics
- Humanoids and social robots
- Ethical, legal, and societal aspects of emerging technologies
- Sustainable and energy-efficient designs in robotics and telecom
Submission Guidelines
Submission should be in the form of a one-page proposal including a title, maximum 500 words abstract, and authors’ names, affiliations and email addresses and a portrait-oriented poster of A1 size . The proposals and posters will undergo a peer-review process. Authors whose posters are accepted will be able to bring their poster and present at IEEE WIE ILS 2025 in London.
