Call for Prototype Demonstrations
We are pleased to invite researchers, professionals, and students to submit proposals for prototype demonstrations at the upcoming EEE Women in Engineering (WIE) International Leadership Summit (ILS) 2025.
We welcome the live demonstrations that showcase:
- Prototypes of AI systems, automation tools, and intelligent services,
- Innovative applications and solutions,
- Groundbreaking ideas and novel frameworks related to communication technologies and automation principles.
Submission Guidelines
Please prepare a one-page proposal including the following information and submit it to Wafa Ben Hmida wafa.ben.hmida15@gmail.com):
- Presenters' Information: Full names of presenters and organizing committee members, Affiliations, Email addresses, Links to professional biographies.

Demonstration Title and Reference:
- The title must begin with “Live Demonstration:”
- A short abstract (max 250 words) summarizing the topic and relevance to the summit theme
- If based on previously published work, include a full reference, with a URL if available.
- Demonstration Setup Requirements:
- Provide a description of the equipment you will bring.
- Include a photograph and/or screenshot of the setup if possible.
- Please note: Only a table, a display stand, and a power outlet will be provided.
- Demonstrators are responsible for transporting and setting up their equipment.
- Indicate any special space or technical requirements (e.g., additional space for robotic movement).
- Participant Experience:
- Describe how participants will interact with the demonstration.
- Explain how the demonstration reveals the core of your work, enhances understanding, and what key insights or experiences participants will gain.
